- Included: One M5Stack ATOM Lite with ESPHome Bluetooth Proxy firmware installed.
- Required: An existing Home Assistant installation, a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, and compatible Bluetooth Low Energy devices. Home Assistant must run on a separate host.
- Power: Requires a USB-C cable and USB power source; neither is included.
- Setup: Connect the proxy to your Wi-Fi network and add it to Home Assistant. Customer network configuration is required.

Bring Supported Bluetooth Devices Into Home Assistant
Place this compact ATOM Lite near supported Bluetooth devices to relay their Bluetooth Low Energy traffic to Home Assistant over your local Wi-Fi network. The onboard ESP32 radio provides the proxy function without an external radio module or soldering.
What It Does
- Receives supported BLE advertisements for compatible Home Assistant integrations.
- Supports compatible active BLE connections when enabled by the installed configuration and integration.
- Provides a compact USB-powered proxy that can be positioned where Bluetooth coverage is needed.
Compatibility and Limits
Device support depends on the relevant Home Assistant integration. This is not a universal Bluetooth bridge, Bluetooth audio adapter, or standalone smart-home hub. It does not provide Zigbee, Thread, or Z-Wave connectivity. Range and reliability depend on placement, interference, Wi-Fi quality, and connected devices.

Firmware and Support
