All returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. STS Collective covers return shipping only for defective items; customers pay return shipping for all other reasons, including a change of mind or misunderstanding the listing. Returns for a refund and order cancellations are subject to a minimum 3% fee. The restocking fee is waived when the customer chooses a replacement item.
