Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Methods

We ship using USPS Priority Mail for all orders. Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days depending on your location.

Additional USPS Priority services may be used when appropriate.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected USPS service.

Free shipping may be offered on select items or promotions.


Tracking Information

All orders include tracking. Tracking information is sent automatically once the order ships.


International Shipping

For purchases made directly on our website, international shipping may be offered in the future.


Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup. STS Collective is a remote-only operation and does not accept in-person transactions.


Order Issues

If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@stscollective.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


Incorrect Addresses
